1) Individual counseling sessions are offered on a private-pay basis. I don’t currently accept private insurance, but you can quickly check your out-of-network benefits using the Mentaya link below—you may be eligible for reimbursement.

If cost is a concern, please reach out. I believe support should be accessible, and sliding-scale options may be available to make counseling a comfortable fit for you. We also offer scholarships to athletes and programs in need.
