MINI-CAMPS & COMMUNITY EVENTS

These open-enrollment, one-day camps introduce junior high and high school athletes to foundational mental performance skills in an engaging and competitive environment. Through guided activities, challenges, and Power Practices, athletes strengthen focus, resilience, emotional awareness, and confidence—no team affiliation required.  Mini-camps and community events extend mental wellness beyond the locker room and into the broader sports community, helping reduce stigma and increase early help-seeking behaviors.

How It Helps

Mini camps provide athletes with practical mental tools they can use right away in sport and daily life. By connecting with peers from different sports, athletes build skills, confidence, and community in a supportive and engaging environment.
