PARENTS & COACHES: Part of the team
Parent Workshops
Parents play a critical role in an athlete’s mental and emotional world. Our workshops provide practical language, strategies, and insight to help parents support their athlete with clarity and confidence—without pressure, confusion, or guesswork.
Participants learn:
● how to respond to performance-related stress
● signs of emotional overwhelm ● communication habits that build trust
● ways to reinforce healthy identity beyond sport
Parents leave with concrete tools—not theory—and the confidence to help their athlete thrive. Support at home fuels success on the field.

Coach Workshops
Our workshops introduce coaches to the same skills athletes are learning—such as mindfulness, resilience, and emotional resets—while providing practical strategies to support both performance and well-being. Coaches gain tools to build a team culture where mental wellness is understood, supported, and free from stigma.
Coaches learn how to:
-
Model performance-ready, emotionally intelligent communication
-
Respond effectively to athlete stress, hesitation, or shifts in behavior
-
Create shared team language that builds confidence, accountability, and growth
-
Integrate quick, practical mental skills into daily practice plans
-
Recognize early signs of mental health concerns and confidently guide athletes and parents toward appropriate support and resources—without taking on a clinical role.
Workshops emphasize clear boundaries and collaboration, helping coaches support athletes while knowing when and how to involve families or professionals.
Custom workshops are available to meet team-, program-, or district-specific needs.
When coaches lead with awareness and intention, athletes learn to win from within—on the field, in school, and in life.
